The NETWORK organization
NETWORK is a Swiss organization. Its members meet regularly in seven regional groups. Members are invited to participate in all events hosted by the organization throughout Switzerland. Excepted from this are private invitations to regional groups and those with limited space that are organized specifically for a particular region.

The General Assembly of Members is the organization's most important annual event. It is generally held each spring.
The President of NETWORK represents the organization externally.
The Board conducts the organization’s business and decides about matters concerning NETWORK.
The Secretary supports the Board and the President and is in charge of administration of the member data.
Standing Commissions shape the image of NETWORK both internally and externally.
The Regional Heads organize the respective regular local meetings as well as special events. They are in charge of looking after the members and interested individuals.
Project Group look after one-time events and projects.
The activities and goals of NETWORK are discussed and projects are decided upon at the Expanded Board Meetings, which are usually held twice annually. Those involved in discussing NETWORK business are the President, Board, Secretary, the commission heads, regional headers or their deputies as well as delegates from the various project groups. The identity and aims of NETWORK are essentially elaborated at these meetings.

| Care Team | The Care Team supports members in times of personal crisis and promotes awareness of the health aspects for men in management positions. |
| International Relations | The International Committee maintains relations to similar organizations outside of Switzerland. This commission also represents NETWORK in international committees that are active on behalf of the gay community. |
| Internet | The Internet Commission is in charge of the online service, particularly for the coordination of dates and the current member data. The Internet Committee also provides a platform for internal communications and presentation of NETWORK to the general public. |
| Culture Commission | The Culture Commission promotes public awareness of gay culture. The NETWORK Culture Prize, which is awarded biannually, carries this goal out into the world. The Culture Commission also organizes cultural events of all kinds for NETWORK members. |
| NETWORK News | The organization’s newsletter informs members about matters concerning NETWORK, and is also a forum for cultural, business and socio-political topics, especially if they involve the topic of homosexuality. Published every two months, the NETWORK News promotes the cohesion of the organization's members. |
| Political Commission (Poko) | The Political Commission initiates and supports political campaigns for the acceptance and legal equality of the gay lifestyle. For politicians who are NETWORK members, gay political arguments are elaborated and also disseminated during the campaign. |
